Dissolved Hydrogen Test Results

Why is dissolved hydrogen not normally found in potable water?

Because hydrogen gas is a non-polar molecule. It does not readily form hydrogen bonds with

water molecules, making it not very soluble in water.

The solubility of hydrogen in water is comparable to the solubility of nitrogen or oxygen gas,

both of which are also non-polar.

The electro-catalytic cell that our laboratory has developed "intellectual property" uses

a combination of various transition (noble) platinum group metals that are plated onto titanium

.

Certified independent laboratory analysis found in the pages below, "under hydrogen test results"

that the stability of dissolved hydrogen in water in an open (uncapped) VOA (volatile organic

analysis) glass container at room temperature (72 degrees) for twenty-four hours did not

significantly change in that period of time.

"Theoretically" a bonding formation of H3O may have formed leading to its stability?  Testing of

the electro-catalytic processed water to find its structure could use NMR or Nuclear Magnetic

Resonance Spectroscopy.  Future testing of this theory will be forth coming.

The dissolved hydrogen testing results below indicate that three (3) samples were analyzed.

Observe only the dissolved hydrogen test results.

1.  Potable tap water before our ultimate H2O system resulted in no detectable dissolved

     hydrogen in the sample.

2.  The next sample analysis found 28.3 mg/l (ppm) of dissolved hydrogen after passing through

     our electro-catalytic system.

3.  The last water sample, in an opened top VOA vial, was left open at room temperature

(72 degrees) for twenty-four hours.  The result of this sample was 29.9 mg/l (ppm).

There was no significant change from the sealed VOA vial vs. the open vial.
